Studio Guidelines

1. General Studio Guide

1.1. Booking & Usage Policy

  • Your booking includes setup and breakdown time. Arrive on time to maximize your session.
  • Any overtime beyond the booking will be charged at 1.5x the hourly rate (subject to availability).
  • A studio assistant is available upon request for an additional fee.

1.2. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Upon arrival, check in with the studio manager.
  • At the end of your session:
    • Return all equipment to its designated place.
    • Dispose of trash in designated bins.

1.3. Smoking & Damages

  • Smoking & vaping are strictly prohibited inside the studio.
  • A $300 smoking violation fee will apply.
  • Any damages to the studio or equipment will incur a minimum $500 fee.

2. Studio Spaces & Equipment Usage

Our studio offers multiple rooms with professional-grade equipment to accommodate various creative needs.

2.1. Studio Rooms & Their Uses

Main Studio - $200/hr

Large open space for photo & video shoots, live-streaming, and events

Editing Suite - $50/hr

Includes high-end Mac setup, Adobe Suite, and Final Cut Pro.

Photography Studio - $150/hr

Includes seamless backdrops, lighting setups, and props.

3. Equipment & Usage Instructions

3.1 Photography & Video Equipment

Cameras & Lenses

  • Camera – $50/hr rental
  • Lenses
  • Always return cameras with lens caps on & turn off devices after use.

Lighting Equipment

  • Lighting – $30/hr rental
  • LED Panels – Free to use in studio
  • Softboxes & reflectors included in photography packages

Tripods & Stabilizers

  • Tripod and Stabilizers available
  • Must be returned properly folded & stored

Backdrops & Props

  • Seamless paper rolls: White, Black, Green Scree
  • Props must be handled with care and returned to designated area

3.2. Editing & Streaming Equipment

Computers & Software

  • MacBook Pro & iMac with Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve available
  • Files must be saved on personal drives—we do not store client projects.

Important

  • Bring an external hard drive or USB for backups.
  • Shut down all computers properly after use.

4. Additional Services & Fees

  • Extra setup time (beyond booking) $150/hr
  • Studio Assistant (Lighting & Equipment Help) $50/hr
  • Equipment Rental (Cameras, Lenses, Audio) See section 3
  • Overtime Charge (if exceeding booked time) 1.5x regular rate

5. Safety & Emergency Procedures

  • First Aid Kit is located in the main studio near the entrance.
  • Fire Extinguisher is available near the exit.

In Case of Emergency

  • Call 911 for life-threatening emergencies.
  • Alert the studio manager immediately.

6. Code of Conduct & Client Responsibilities

  • Respect other guests and staff at all times.
  • Keep noise levels reasonable when outside the studio.
  • Leave the space as you found it—additional cleaning fees may apply.
  • Report any broken equipment immediately—do not attempt self-repairs.

Prohibited Behavior

  • Tampering with fire alarms, security systems, or electrical panels.
  • Using equipment without prior approval or outside its intended use.
  • Bringing unauthorized guests beyond the attendee count listed in the booking.

Failure to comply with studio rules may result in a fine, early termination of the session, or being banned from future bookings.
